A Practice, Not a Production Line

About Simple Man.

We treat every visit like it’s our own house — because most of our calls come from neighbors who saw the truck on the next street over.

Reid Calloway, owner of Simple Man Plumbing
An Introduction

Reid Calloway. Owner.

On the tools since 2002. Still answering the phone, still writing up every job by hand before leaving the driveway.

I started this practice because I couldn’t find a plumber who treated my mother’s house the way I’d treat my own. Twenty-some years on, the standard hasn’t moved: show up when I say I will, explain what I’m doing in language a homeowner actually understands, leave the space cleaner than I found it.

If we’re working in your home, you’ll have my cell number before I leave. That’s the simplest way I know to mean what I say.

Decades of hands-on work.

Built one job at a time, on the Northside and across greater Indianapolis.

The Story

Doing things the right way — the simple way.

At Simple Man Plumbing, we believe in doing things the right way — the simple way. With decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing, we’ve built a reputation for being reliable, transparent, and always on time. From fixing leaky faucets to full-scale plumbing installations, we’ve done it all.

The name says most of what we believe. We are simple men doing honest work. We don’t pad invoices, we don’t invent problems, and we don’t leave a job until you’d be glad to have us back.

Our service area runs from Greenwood up through downtown Indianapolis and into the Northside — Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, and out east to Pendleton. The size of the job changes; the standard does not.

I.

On Time, Always

If we’re running late, you’ll hear it from us before the window closes.

II.

No Hidden Costs

We quote what it takes. If something changes, we stop and ask first.

III.

Clean Work Sites

Drop cloths down, dust contained, mess hauled out.

IV.

Done Right, Or It’s On Us

If it’s not right, we come back and make it right — on us.

A Considered Workflow

How a typical job runs.

Step · 01

First call

You ring. We listen. We ask the questions a plumber would ask, schedule a visit, and tell you who’s coming.

Step · 02

On site

We diagnose before we wrench. We walk the system, identify root cause, and explain it in plain language.

Step · 03

The work

Done to code, with the right materials, and we leave the space cleaner than we found it. Pictures and notes for your file.

Step · 04

The guarantee

If it’s not fixed right, we come back and make it right — at no extra cost. That’s the whole guarantee.
